Jesus did the work of his Father. He loved people! Sinners were attracted to him and multitudes followed him because he supplied what people were looking for.

John 15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

Jesus told us to continue the work he started.

Before anyone can ever really develop a sound relationship with God, they have to know how much God loves them. Only love can initiate love.

1 John 4:19 We love him, because he first loved us.

When people get a revelation of how much God loves them, they will boldly call upon his name. True evangelism awakens people’s awareness of God’s love.

Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
