LESSONS FROM HEBREWS
Hebrews was written in an effort to transition New Covenant believers from an Old Covenant servant mentality to a joint heir son of God mentality.

The transition is achieved by replacing law training with spiritual training.

Unfortunately many within the body of Christ have never fully transitioned from one to the other because the old methods of training have never been phased out.

EVANGELISM
Jesus did the work of his Father. He loved people! Sinners were attracted to him and multitudes followed him because he supplied what people were looking for.

Jesus told us to continue the work he started.

Before anyone can ever really develop a sound relationship with God, they have to know how much God loves them. Only love can initiate love. When people get a revelation of how much God loves them, they will boldly call upon his name. True evangelism awakens people’s awareness of God’s love.

THE GRACE PERVERSION
A perverted version of grace is being promoted by Christian churches today. This perversion is made up of subtle lies of the most dangerous kind because it is a powerless perversion of the truth that takes us back to the principles of the Old Covenant and the bondage that comes with it.

The lie is being promoted as the truth by Christians who have been deceived! This sounds like blasphemy! Surely it can't be coming from the church! How could the church be the very ones promoting deceptions that are affecting the world's ideas about who God is in a negative way?

CARNAL OR SPIRITUAL?
For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
(Rom 8:6)

Many Christians are caught up with a sense of frustration because they have failed to discern the difference between being carnally minded and spititually minded. A carnal Christian is a Christian who is trying to live the Christian life by the power of the flesh and it does not work!

CONTEND FOR THE FAITH
Peter tells the saints that God made them holy and that their holiness is preserved by Jesus. He also tells them that it will be a battle to hold on to the concept of God given holiness and preservation because there will be those that that will come in with teachings that contradict God given holiness.

THE GREATEST IS LOVE
Do You know how much God loves you? What you know about God's love for you will affect every area of your life. It will affect how you respond to God and to situations that arise in your life. It will affect how you respond to people. God's # 1 priority in your life is that you understand how much he loves you, not how much you love him.

THE PURPOSE OF HIS CALLING
This lesson series is based on John 15. God is the husbandman or caretaker of the vine and its branches. Jesus is the vine that nourishes the branch. His atonement according to the “Word of truth” provides the strength that the branch needs in order to bear fruit. The branches are the part of the plant that display the glory of the vine and bring identity to it. They bear the fruit and scatter seed that reproduces the vine. The branch cannot exist apart from the vine that feeds it. Without the branch, the vine cannot reproduce. The branches bring the vine to its fullness. God wants us to walk as one with Him in a relationship. He brings us to completeness, and we bring Him to His fullness.

DAMNABLE HERESIES
There are heretics and false teachers living among us who are teaching things that do not line up with the finished work of Christ. Who are they and what are they teaching? You might be surprised!

THE LAW OF LIBERTY
How do we spiritually relate to people and to ourselves? Do we keep our focus on the power of God, or do we shift that focus back to the things of the law that once again entangle us and others with a yoke of bondage?

INSIGHTS ON HARD QUESTIONS
If God is a God of love and does not hold men’s sins against them, what are we going to do with the scriptures concerning the judgment of God, the wrath of God, the fear of God etc. The Bible is full of scriptures addressing these issues. We have asked these questions and found through our own personal search some insights that may be of interest to those who find themselves asking the same questions.

THE POWER OF GRACE
Grace is God revealing the things of the kingdom to us by the Holy Spirit. We are saved by grace. We experience the things of the kingdom by Grace. Religion has defined basic Christian terms in such a way that Christians have lost sight of what it really means to be saved or born again. What does it mean to fall from grace, to blaspheme the Holy Spirit or to grieve the Holy Spirit?

IDENTITY THEFT
We are sons of God that have been created in the image of our Father. We were created to take dominion over all of the work of God’s hands and to fill the earth with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord. We are His expression on earth. We are filled with the same glory and honor that Jesus was filled with. Jesus and his Father were one. He told us to have that same mind.

THE EXCHANGE AT THE CROSS
Easter is often the time when we think about the suffering that Jesus did for us on the cross. I can very vividly picture the scene. In fact, as I often used to think about those horrors that Jesus went through for me. I would feel guilty because my sin caused Jesus to have to go through what He did. That type of thinking is erroneous. Jesus died willingly on the cross for us...

PERVERTED WAYS
We have found that our understanding of many scriptures was based on tradition, legalism, and religion. These mini studies were birthed as God opened the eyes of our understanding in various passages. Perhaps you too will see how you too have read these same passages with some twist of perversion.
